Return Policy
LifeVerse® Jewelry is
handcrafted just for you and custom-made. Please review the Store Policies and FAQ before returning an item. If you are dissatisfied with a
piece of jewelry, please return within 30 days of purchase for a
refund or exchange. Shipping fees are not refundable. Items purchased as a gift will only receive a refund on the original credit card used for the purchase. If your item has been worn, it is not
returnable for hygiene reasons. If item is damaged because you did not
send it carefully packaged, you will be responsible for the full cost of
the item. Please send your returned item inside a padded envelope insured and carefully wrapped, with a copy of invoice:

Once we receive your jewelry in new, unused condition we will apply a credit to the account used to purchase the item.
